01Body of Work
Soft Exit
I walk at night. I pause. I frame. I disappear.
“I walk. I pause. I frame. I disappear. For a Black man, the night’s cloak is a paradox: the embrace of invisibility, the armor of caution.”
- Willie Mack
Studio Mackster is the creative home of fine art photographer and visual artist Willie Mack. The work moves across continents, across decades, and across the full range of what it means to be human. Every body of work begins with a question. Every image begins with intention. Visual stories of memory, movement, connection, and humanity.
